Who we are

The Vedetta app

The Vedetta app runs entirely inside your organisation's Microsoft 365. It sends nothing to us or to anyone else, and we have no access to your SharePoint. Your methodologies, templates, project sites and the people who use them stay with your organisation, which is responsible for that data together with Microsoft. We do not process it.

When you buy a licence

A site owner who chooses Buy a licence opens our checkout. Its address carries your organisation's Microsoft 365 ID, its name, the address of your Vedetta page (so the licence key can be linked to it), and, if you imported a method pack from an expert, which expert and pack and when it was imported. You can also enter an optional referral code, which we record with the attribution. At checkout you give the organisation's name, billing email and address, and a VAT number if you have one. Invoice buyers can also supply a PO number.

• Payments and billing are handled by Stripe, which stores these details and processes card payments. Stripe holds our billing records. Cloudflare hosts the checkout. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• The licence key email is sent to your billing email through [email provider].
• Experts who referred you receive a share of your Vedetta licence payments. They don't receive your contact details from us.

If you email us about an invoice or to recover a key, we also use that correspondence to handle your request and confirm the billing details.

We process these details to perform our contract with your organisation, and keep billing records for as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires, currently five years.

Expert stores

Experts sell and deliver their method packs through their own stores, or provide a free download. Their stores have their own privacy policies. Vedetta does not handle pack payments or receive the store's order details. If you later import the pack and buy a Vedetta licence, its expert attribution is included as described above.

This website and demo

We count visits and a few actions, such as trying the demo, opening an expert's store or downloading a free method pack, with [analytics provider], a service that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. Events can include public expert and pack identifiers, but not project names, document contents, billing details or Microsoft 365 organisation IDs. We use this in our legitimate interest in understanding what is useful. The website sets no cookies.

The demo runs a simulated SharePoint in your browser. Names and other content you enter there stay in your browser; the action counts described above do not include them. Expert demos contain only material the expert has agreed to show publicly.

Transfers outside the EU

Stripe may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. [Confirm for the email and analytics providers.]

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or ask us to restrict it. Write to [privacy email]. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
